We realize that sometimes things can go wrong. We include a
limited warranty with most of our products. You can read the full details
of your warranty on the warranty card that came with your mattress.
PLEASE NOTE

Not every issue is a warranty claim. It is best to first contact the retail store where you purchased your mattress. In the event your retailer cannot assist you or you can’t reach your retailer, please complete this form and it will be forwarded to the appropriate factory, who will then contact you to discuss the issue.

In order to fully complete the form, please have these items available:

  • Your original store receipt
  • The information on the law tag on your mattress – a black and white information tag, which can be found hanging down vertically from a seam. Click here to view sample.

Warranty and/or other issues cannot be processed without this information.

Please note that transportation and related costs, if there are any, for assessing your mattress issue are the responsibility of the consumer.

In case of replacement or repair, you will be responsible for transportation costs.
